Biography
- is an assistant professor at Bern University of Applied Sciences, Business School, Institute for Digital Technology Management, Switzerland, and a Research Affiliate at the MIT Sloan School of Management, United States. He holds a PhD in business administration from RWTH Aachen University, Germany. His current research interests include innovation management, services marketing, and consumer behavior in digital environments. His recent research has been published in the Journal of Product Innovation Management, Journal of Retailing, Technological Forecasting and Social Change, and Sloan Management Review.
