He holds a PhD in business administration from RWTH Aachen University, Germany. His current research interests include innovation management, services marketing, and consumer behavior in digital environments. His recent research has been published in the Journal of Product Innovation Management, Journal of Retailing, Technological Forecasting and Social Change, and Sloan Management Review.
