- We work with an annual working hours model: you adjust your work hours according to your volume of work.
- Depending on your job profile, you may spend up to 50 percent of your working time working from home.
- We grant 16 weeks of maternity leave instead of the statutory 14 weeks.
- You are entitled to 25 days of leave per year up to the age of 45, to 28 days up to the age of 55, and to 33 days from the age of 55.
- From your 10th year of service, you receive a loyalty bonus of 11 days of leave every five years.
- In addition to the family allowance, we support your family with a monthly childcare allowance amounting up to CHF 250.–.
