Diversity, Equity & Inclusion through Organisational Development

Would you like to promote diversity, inclusion and equal opportunities in organisations? The CAS shows you how you can support organisations towards more DEI.

The CAS Diversity, Equity & Inclusion through Organisational Development supports you in realistically planning and successfully implementing DEI through OD processes, anticipating and overcoming resistance. The CAS is structured along the seven basic processes of OD according to the Trigon model. Thanks to practical tools and group-centred OE methods, we develop practical solutions for your specific cases. You will acquire further basic knowledge of the DEI dimensions and the skills to tackle future OE processes with greater strength.

Would you like to improve your skills in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, apply OE methods in a targeted way and build a DEI network? Then this CAS is the right programme for you:

  • You will deepen your knowledge of various DEI dimensions (gender & LGBTIAQ+, age, race, language and ethnicity, dis/ability & neurodiversity) and understand their interdependencies/intersections.
  • You learn to identify fields of action for the inclusive design of structures and processes in organisations and to recognise options for action.
  • You will understand how positive transformation can be triggered in organisations and how resistance can be absorbed.
  • You will know how to motivate managers and people in key roles in organisations for DEI topics and how to support them in the selection and implementation of targeted measures.
  • You will be inspired: The practical examples and the exchange will encourage you to implement findings, for example to counteract the shortage of skilled labour or increase employee loyalty. You will also become part of a network of experts.
