Doctoral Programmes at the HKB Forschungs-Mittwoch #176

The HKB offers MA music graduates three academic/artistic-academic doctoral programmes: in collaboration with the Universität Bern (SINTA), the Anton Bruckner Privatuniversität Linz and the Hochschule für Musik Freiburg i. Br. We will present these contrasting programmes and give you the chance to ask, e.g., about the entrance requirements, substantial master theses, and financing possibilities. This first, “technical” part is followed by a paper (with Q & A) presented by Natasha Loges (HfM Freiburg i. Br.) on the subject “Artistic Research: What is the Point?”
