Situation
The federal government's Linked Data Services (LINDAS) enable administrative offices to publish their data in the form of so-called ‘knowledge graphs’. This data format is very flexible, unlike tabular data. In addition, data sets can be linked very easily with contextual information (metadata). This is why we also speak of ‘linked data’.
Course of action
Result
- Development of a vision, mission and strategy for LINDAS Next - Creation of project concepts according to HERMES - Development of financing models in the new company
Looking ahead
In the medium term, LINDAS aims to become the knowledge graph for the entire public administration in Switzerland. In doing so, LINDAS provides the necessary infrastructure for a data-driven administration that works efficiently, effectively and transparently.
