Networks are increasingly replacing hierarchies and the empowerment of teams is gaining importance. This is changing how organisations develop and creating a whole new array of challenges. To ensure that these challenges are overcome it is vital to how people work together successfully in organisations.
The CAS Human Centered Organization is dedicated to the following topics:

Work 4.0. The workplace experience, factors for increased job satisfaction and motivation.

Workplace Health Management 4.0 (BGM 4.0). Human wellbeing approaches to health preservation and promotion in the workplace.

Working in volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous (VUCA) worlds. Developing agile forms of organisation, work and team processes.

Designing learning cultures in companies. Situational learning in companies and agile learning formats.
Course objectives
