Review: BFH at SINDEX 2023
14.09.2023 The Swiss technology fair SINDEX was once again the meeting point for various players in the field of innovation and key technologies. BFH presented interesting and interactive exhibits.
Visitors to the BFH booths experienced how collaborative robots can take over packaging tasks that were previously done by humans. The robotic cell was developed by the newly founded Swiss Cobotics Competence Center (S3C).
Moreover, BFH displayed a robot cell of the startup Auto-Mate Robotics that can be reprogrammed in just a few hours, making solutions for flexible production possible.
Cognitive robot platforms, which in the future will effortlessly adapt to the requirements of agile manufacturing with the help of artificial intelligence, were developed as part of the EU project ACROBA and demonstrated at the exhibition booth.
Bern Racing Team’s electric race car was a real eye-catcher. The team consists of motivated students who proudly presented their latest model.
