Eigerplatz 5a, Bern
Eigerplatz 5a is the primary location of the Jazz division at HKB, with individual instruction rooms, ensemble rooms and the administration office. There are additional spaces in the immediate vicinity at Mühlemattstrasse 53 (theory instruction rooms), Eigerstrasse 42 (ensemble room) and am Sulgenrain 24 (approx. 20 practice and ensemble rooms for students).

Getting here by public transport
From Bern central station, take tram 3 toward Weissenbühl or bus 10 toward Köniz Schliern to bus stop Eigerplatz. To the right of the entrance to the Coop, a detached stone stairway leads up to floor Z. The rooms are to the left behind the staircase behind the glass door.
Getting here by car
Note: There is no visitor parking available and generally few available parking spaces in the district altogether. Nearest car park: Mobiliar Parking

The rooms at Eigerplatz 5/5a, Mühlemattstrasse 53 and am Sulgenrain 24 are wheelchair accessible. Please get in touch. Eigerstrasse 42 is not wheelchair accessible.

The HKB Music Library is located at Papiermühlestrasse 13.
