Mindfulness may make you more relaxed, but it is not a relaxation technique. Relaxation is a desirable side-effect of a changed state of mind. You will be systematically trained in mindfulness techniques using traditional and modern exercises, with the emphasis on integrating these into your routine. Experience shows that this is the greatest challenge, but also the decisive factor if sustained effectiveness is to be achieved.
