Would you like to learn how to support transformation processes in human resource management and further develop human resources for your company? Then get the knowledge you need in this CAS:

• You will develop competences for the further development and design of companies' HR policies.
• You will acquire an in-depth understanding of ethics and sustainability in human resource management.
• You will have a broader view of the topics of strategy, governance, HR marketing and talent management, taking internationalisation aspects into account. Furthermore, you will also expand your intercultural skills through cross-cultural training.
• You will acquire advanced skills in handling HR-specific data and analysing it prospectively in the People Analytics module.
