Situation
The project consists of 3 work packages. In the first package, a quantitative survey will be conducted on NM in the Care@home setting, the perceived importance of NM and existing barriers in order to determine the state of the art. The survey is aimed at managers of current Care@home and Hospital@home projects in Switzerland, Spitex and the healthcare professionals involved (doctors, nurses, dietitians). In the second package, the views and needs of people at risk of or diagnosed with PEM for their NM are collected in at least ten qualitative, semi-structured interviews. In the third package, a catalog of actions and requirements will be drawn up, synthesized from the initial results, in order to strengthen NM. The various solutions will be discussed with those affected and with specialists and further developed in a participatory manner in order to be implemented in practice.
