Research and development
In the area of R&D, the division is focusing on the necessary methodological skills required in response to increasing data availability and analysis options. The aim is to create a toolbox and, in doing so, attain a broad range of methodological knowledge (both qualitative and quantitative) alongside expertise in the areas of project design and applied data science (big data).

Student theses
Are you or your company looking for answers to exciting questions or issues in the area of ‘Methods and principles’ that you would like our students to work on? Get in touch – we look forward to hearing from you.
We supervise service-related bachelor’s and master’s theses in the fields of business administration and business information technology, particularly in areas relating to our research. Depending on the time and effort involved, we may require a processing fee for the theses (CHF 500–1,000). We do not provide any performance guarantee.
